1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Late check-out: available upon confirmation, with a €60 fee until 3:00 PM
2. Rooms
• All rooms are non-smoking (a penalty of up to €200 may apply in case of violation)
• Guests are kindly asked to handle furniture, equipment, and linens with care
• In case of damage or excessive dirt, charges may apply to cover cleaning, repair, or replacement costs
• Key cards must be returned at check-out; in case of loss, a €5 replacement fee will be charged
3. Common Areas & Services
• Swimming Pool: access is allowed only during posted hours. Guests are kindly requested to follow the pool regulations (e.g., no diving, no ball games, no outside food & drinks)
• Wellness Centre & Spa: access by reservation only. Children are allowed only if accompanied by an adult
• Fitness Centre: for guests aged 16 and above only, with proper clothing and footwear
• Please respect quiet hours during the night to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests
4. Children & Families
• Minors must always be accompanied by an adult in common areas
• Parents are responsible for their children’s safety within the hotel premises
5. Pets
• Pets are generally not allowed.
• In specific cases, subject to Management approval, small-sized pets may be accepted.
• A daily supplement applies for pets.
• Pets are permitted only in the guest room and are not allowed in common areas.
6. Safety & Personal Belongings
• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables
• The hotel is not responsible for unattended belongings left in common areas
• In case of emergency, please follow staff instructions and the marked evacuation routes
